At DealGearHub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make returns simple.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

• Certain items (personal care products, perishables, customized items) are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, log in to your DealGearHub account and submit a return request through the order section.

• Once your request is reviewed, you will receive return instructions.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
