Your order is missing items.
The product is not delivered within the promised timeframe.
2. How to Raise a Claim
Log in to your DealGearHub account and go to the “My Orders” section.
Select the order and click on “Raise a Claim”.
Provide details and, if applicable, upload supporting images.
Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
3. Refund Process
If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection (if applicable).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the claim is due to our error.
4. Replacement or Exchange
Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement or exchange for eligible products.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as personal care products, perishables, and customized items, are not eligible for refunds.
