2. How to Raise a Claim

  • Log in to your DealGearHub account and go to the “My Orders” section.

  • Select the order and click on “Raise a Claim”.

  • Provide details and, if applicable, upload supporting images.

  • Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

3. Refund Process

  • If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the claim is due to our error.

4. Replacement or Exchange

  • Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement or exchange for eligible products.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.
